Dishonoured Payment Fee. If a payment to an Account is not processed because a financial institution returns a cheque or refuses a pre-authorized debit, a $45.00 fee will be charged to the Account where the payment was posted, on the date the payment reversal is posted. This fee is in addition to any other fee charged for insufficient funds in the banking account.

Additional Monthly Statement Copy Fee: If you order an additional copy of your monthly statement, a $5 fee will be charged to your Account within 3 business days from when the copy was requested. A fee of $1.50 will be charged to your Account within 3 business days from each monthly statement update obtained from one of our branches in Canada or obtained at an ATM that provides monthly statement updates. Transaction Receipt Copy Fee: If you request a copy of any transaction receipt, no fee will be charged if it relates to a transaction on your current monthly statement. Otherwise, a $2 fee for each copy will be charged to your Account each time the situation occurs. Receipt copies are not always available for purchases made using your Credit Card with your PIN. For US Dollar Visa Gold, these fees are stated in US Dollars. Fees may change. If they do, we will tell you in advance. If we use a collection agency or a law firm to collect or attempt to collect amounts owed by you to us, you must pay all of our expenses, including legal fees.   • E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.

  • Returned Payments If after receipt of any payment which is applied to the payment of all or any part of the Obligations (including a payment effected through exercise of a right of setoff), the Administrative Agent or any Lender is for any reason compelled to surrender such payment or proceeds to any Person because such payment or application of proceeds is invalidated, declared fraudulent, set aside, determined to be void or voidable as a preference, impermissible setoff, or a diversion of trust funds, or for any other reason (including pursuant to any settlement entered into by the Administrative Agent or such Lender in its discretion), then the Obligations or part thereof intended to be satisfied shall be revived and continued and this Agreement shall continue in full force as if such payment or proceeds had not been received by the Administrative Agent or such Lender. The provisions of this Section 2.21 shall be and remain effective notwithstanding any contrary action which may have been taken by the Administrative Agent or any Lender in reliance upon such payment or application of proceeds. The provisions of this Section 2.21 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • Late Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Late Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when you do not make the required minimum payment by or within the number of days of the statement Payment Due Date set forth on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.

  • Refused Payments We reserve the right to refuse to pay any Receiver. We will attempt to notify the Sender promptly if we decide to refuse to pay a Receiver designated by the Sender. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment under this Agreement.

  • Funding Your Payment Selecting a preferred funding source You may select a preferred funding source when logged into your account. Subject to this user agreement, the preferred funding source will be used as the default funding source for payments you send from your account. You can set separate preferred funding sources for some billing agreement payments. Special Funding Arrangements Some payments can be funded by special funding arrangements linked to your PayPal account, such as merchant/transaction specific balance, gift vouchers or other promotional funding arrangements. The use and priority of these special funding arrangements are subject to further terms and conditions between you and us. Your account overview may show the notional amount available in your special funding arrangements to fund qualifying payments at any given time. This amount does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance and is not redeemable in cash - it only represents the amount of electronic money which we offer to issue and credit to your account at the time of (and only to immediately fund) a qualifying payment, subject to (and only for the period outlined in) the further terms and conditions of use of that special funding arrangement. If your payment funded by a special funding arrangement is reversed at a later time for any reason, we will keep the amount that represents the portion of that payment that was funded by your special funding arrangement and (provided that the special funding arrangement has not already expired) reinstate the special funding arrangement. Funding payments you send from your account We will obtain electronic money for the payment you send from your account from the following sources in the following order to the extent they are available:

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.

  • Late Payment Fees (a) The Servicer shall not waive any part of any Late Payment Fee unless (i) the collection of any Late Payment Fee would violate any relevant law or regulation or (ii) the waiving of the Late Payment Fee would otherwise benefit the Trust Fund and it is expected that the waiver would maximize recovery of total proceeds, taking into account the value of the Late Payment Fee and related Mortgage Loan and doing so is standard and customary in servicing similar Mortgage Loans (including the waiver of a Late Payment Fee in connection with a refinancing of a Mortgage Loan that is related to a default or reasonably foreseeable default).

  • Non-Refundable Payments If the Seller accepts non-refundable payment(s) from a prospective Buyer through a purchase contract, and said Xxxxx does not complete the purchase of the Property, such non-refundable payment(s) shall be distributed equally between the Seller and the Agency up to the commission amount the Agency would have collected if the Property had sold under the agreed upon terms. If the Property is sold afterward to the same or different Buyer, the Agency shall be entitled to a Commission less payments received under this Section.
