USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Purchases or Cash Advance
USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Purchases, Cash Advances or Balance Transfers: You may use your Card or Convenience Checks to purchase or lease goods or services from participating establishments. You also may use your Card to obtain Cash Advances from your Account at an ATM, or by presenting the Card to us, or to any institution that accepts the Card for that purpose. To protect you, we restrict Cash Advances using this Card to $1000 per ATM transactionand $1500 per over-the-counter transaction. In addition, only three Cash Advance transactions may be made per day, and the total outstanding Cash Advance balance on your Account at any given time may not exceed the Cash Advance Limit applicable to your account at that time. You also may use your Card to obtain Balance Transfers, subject to the Balance Transfer terms described in this Agreement. We may limit the use of the Account at our discretion. Such limitations include, but are not limited to, Internet-related gambling transactions. Your Account/Card will be restricted from online betting activity, which includes, but is not limited to, lottery tickets, casino gambling chips, off-track betting, and xxxxxx at racetracks. You will owe us for these amounts, plus any applicable Finance Charges and other applicable charges or fees, payable in U.S. dollars.
USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Purchases or Cash Advances You may use your Card or Convenience Checks to purchase or lease goods or services from participating establishments. You may also use your Card to obtain Cash Advances from your Account by presenting it to us, or to any institution that accepts the Card for that purpose, or by making a withdrawal of cash at an ATM. You will owe us for these amounts, plus any applicable Finance Charges and Other Charges, payable in U.S. dollars. Your Credit Line You may not use your Account in any way that would cause you to go over your Credit Line. We may refuse to authorize or accept any transaction on your Account that would cause you to exceed your Credit Line or if your Account is delinquent. We may temporarily agree to allow you to exceed your limit; however, in that case you must repay the excess amount according to the terms of this Agreement. We may change your Credit Line at any time and will notify you accordingly. Convenience Checks We may supply you with personalized Convenience Checks that are subject to the following conditions. Payment of a Check will be considered as a Cash Advance on your Account. Your Check must be written in U.S. dollars. Only the person whose name appears on the Check may sign it. We are authorized to pay any Check drawn on your Account even if the signature does not correspond exactly to the signature on our records. You agree that Convenience Checks written on your Account will not be returned to you. We are entitled to return your Check unpaid if there is not enough available credit in your Account or if your Account is in default. If we honor the Check under these circumstances, the amount in excess of your Credit Line will be due immediately. You may not use a Convenience Check to make payments on your Account. We may pay Checks dated more than six months prior to the date they are presented for payment. You may stop payment on a Check if we receive your instruction within ample time to act on your request. A verbal request is binding on us for 14 calendar days and a written request for six months, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. You may not write a postdated Check, but we may pay a Check regardless of a postdate. We will not certify a Convenience Check. USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Users may only use Cards for bona fide business-related Charges and transactions, and not for personal, family, or household purposes. You understand that your Keep Account is commercial in nature and that certain consumer protection laws, such as sections designated as “consumer provisions” in the Bank Act and provincial and territorial consumer protection legislation do not apply to this Account. You agree that all Charges and other transactions in your account will be treated as business transactions made solely for business purposes. Acceptable business transactions include but are not limited to vendor payments, online software expenses, corporate dining and travel, and business procurement. Credit Cards are not permitted for use in the remittance of payroll expenses. You may not use your Credit Card for any illegal, improper, or unlawful purpose. PTC reserves the right to prevent your Credit Card or your Account from being used for certain types of transactions as determined by PTC, including transactions connected to Internet gambling. When you or your Authorized User(s) use a Credit Card or your Primary Account Number for a transaction, PTC is lending you the amount of such purchase, as the case may be. You are liable for and must repay all amounts owing on your Account. You are responsible for selecting the individuals in your organization who are authorized to use Cards, and you are responsible for all Card transactions and activities. You agree to establish and maintain controls designed to ensure that the Cards are only used by Authorized Users for bona fide Company business purposes and in compliance with this Agreement, and applicable law. You are responsible for Charges and transactions made by any person given access to Cards even if they are not the person associated with or named on the Card. When you use your Account number without showing your Credit Card, you will have the same responsibilities as if you had shown your Credit Card and signed a receipt or entered your PIN. Keep, PTC, Card Networks, or other intermediary Third-Party Service Providers (including merchant acquirers) may deny or reverse Charges for any reason. PTC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or harm caused by any Charges that are denied or reversed.   • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true:

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Reseller agrees that: (a) When the Reseller applies to Voip-Unlimited to open an account, Voip-Unlimited may check the following records about the Reseller and its business partners: (i) Voip-Unlimited’s own; (ii) Personal and business records at credit reference agencies (CRAs). When CRAs receive a search from Voip-Unlimited they will place a search footprint on the Reseller’s business credit file that may be seen by other parties including lenders. They supply to Voip-Unlimited both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit and fraud prevention information; and (iii) those at fraud prevention agencies (FPAs); (b) For directors, Voip-Unlimited may seek confirmation, from credit reference agencies, that the residential address provide is the same as that shown on the restricted register of directors' usual addresses at Companies House; (c) Voip-Unlimited may make checks such as assessing the Reseller’s application and verifying identities to prevent and detect crime and money laundering. Voip-Unlimited may also make periodic searches at CRAs and FPAs to manage the Reseller’s account with it; (d) Information on applications will be sent to CRAs and will be recorded by them. Including information on the Reseller’s business and its proprietors and CRAs may create a record of the name and address of the Reseller’s business and its proprietors if there is not one already. Where the Reseller borrows from us, we will give details of the Reseller’s accounts and how the Reseller manages it/them to CRAs; (e) If the Reseller borrows and does not repay in full and on time, CRAs will record the outstanding debt. This information may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs and FPAs to perform similar checks and to trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts that the Reseller owes. Records remain on file for 6 years after they are closed, whether settled by the Reseller or defaulted; (f) If the Reseller gives Voip-Unlimited false or inaccurate information and Voip-Unlimited suspect or identifies fraud Voip-Unlimited will record this and may also pass this information to FPAs and other organisations involved in crime and fraud prevention; (g) If the Reseller has borrowed from Voip-Unlimited and does not make payments that it owes Voip- Unlimited, Voip-Unlimited may trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts; (h) Voip-Unlimited and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies; and (i) The Reseller’s data may also be used for other purposes for which the Reseller gives specific permission or, in very limited circumstances, when required by law or where permitted under the terms of the Data Protection Xxx 0000.

  • Credit Check You are authorized, in your discretion, should you for any reason deem it necessary for your protection to request and obtain a consumer credit report for the Customer.

  • Know Your Customer Information The Administrative Agent shall have received at least three Business Days prior to the Closing Date all documentation and other information about the Borrower as has been reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent at least 10 Business Days prior to the Closing Date that is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including without limitation the USA PATRIOT Act.

  • Branches of U.S. Banks (a) Except as otherwise set forth in this Contract, the provisions hereof shall not apply where the custody of the Portfolios assets are maintained in a foreign branch of a banking institution which is a "bank" as defined by Section 2(a)(5) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 meeting the qualification set forth in Section 26(a) of said Act. The appointment of any such branch as a sub-custodian shall be governed by paragraph 1 of this Contract. (b) Cash held for each Portfolio of the Fund in the United Kingdom shall be maintained in an interest bearing account established for the Fund with the Custodian's London branch, which account shall be subject to the direction of the Custodian, State Street London Ltd. or both.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.
