Banking Account definition

Banking Account means the Conveyancers' banking account as described in clause 12 of the Covering Schedule and as may be amended by written notice from the Seller (alternatively the Conveyancers) to the Purchaser from time to time;
Banking Account means each and every account which the Account Holder or Cardmember maintain with the Bank from time to time and, if the context so required shall mean any of such accounts.
