Dismantling and Demolition of Property. Except where specified or reserved by the Government in other sections, all materials and equipment disassembled, demolished, or transported shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed from Government property and recycled or disposed IAW all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
