Common use of Dispatching Clause in Contracts

Dispatching. 12.01 Pilots shall be dispatched to ships in the areas of assignment, in accordance with the Dispatching Rules presently in effect and attached as Appendix "A" to this Agreement. Dispatching rules for pilots shall not be modified without the written consent of the Corporation. In the event no agreement is reached with respect to proposed changes in said rules, recourse may be had through arbitration by either party in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of this Agreement.
