Common use of Dispensary Business Office Expense Clause in Contracts

Dispensary Business Office Expense. The term "Dispensary Business ---------------------------------- Office Expense" shall mean all Office Expenses, operating and non-operating, which constitute direct expenses to produce Dispensary Business Revenue, as determined consistent with the Budget; provided that any disagreement over whether an expense constitutes a direct expense to produce Dispensary Business Revenue shall be resolved by the Policy Board.
