Financial Arrangement. This Memorandum is not a funds obligating document. By signing this Memorandum, the Parties are not bound to take any action or fund any initiative. Each Party will cover the costs of its participation to the joint activities. The activities planned by this Memorandum are subject to the availability of funds and personnel and to the laws and norms in the respective Countries or international obligations and - as far as the Italian Party is concerned - the obligations deriving from its being member of the European Union (EU). Any cost that may arise from the implementation of this Memorandum does not imply further additional expenses to the respective State budgets.

Financial Arrangement. 2.1 Comdisco has entered into this financial arrangement on the basis of NetWolves intending to implement 40,000 Target Customer locations within forty-eight (48) months from the date of this Master Program Agreement.
Financial Arrangement. A. iHub-Data and [Institute] have decided to execute projects agreed upon mutually, by contributing their knowledge and expertise to such projects. Each party shall invest its own resources for services or for participating in joint projects, as required towards realising the work envisaged, alongwith its own cost and accompanying risks.
Financial Arrangement. 4.1 WIOA Funds allocated to the grant receipt will be used by the LWDB in accordance with WIOA rules and regulations. Any services funded through this process shall be held to all requirements and performance standards, including standards of cost and price reasonableness, specified by the WIOA and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Financial Arrangement. The Host Entity shall cover any costs associated with the Secondment, including general use of premises, infrastructure, equipment, products and consumables during the period of the Agreement. In no event shall the Host Entity be responsible for the payment or waiver of any cost associated with the accommodation, board or travel expenses during the Secondment period. The DC will not receive any other incomes than those received from the Seconding Entity for the activities carried out in the framework of this Agreement.

Any intellectual property developed on collaborative research conducted under this Memorandum of Understanding or any contracts pertaining to fees for services rendered will be addressed on a case-by-case basis under separate agreements.
