Common use of Dispensation of Funds Clause in Contracts

Dispensation of Funds. Within the funds appropriated for the purposes identified in Articles 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8, 9.10, 9.11 and 9.12, the Board shall have full and final authority to allocate funds to each university and to authorize the expenditure of such funds under the authority of the President. Consistent with that authority, members shall have the right to make their own travel and lodging arrangements and to purchase their own tickets without seeking approval of any outside agency.
