Displacement of Less Senior. Employees Displaced regular employees designated for layoff may displace the position (FTE) of the least senior employee(s) in the clinical or occupational group as defined by the Change Team, providing there are no open positions available and the employee designated for layoff has more seniority. This displacement will only be triggered in the event that there are no RN vacancies. Any employee displaced by a more senior employee who was designated for layoff may request support from Human Resources to review open positions for which they are qualified.
