Common use of Displays Clause in Contracts

Displays. The Tenant may not display or sell merchandise within the control of Tenant outside the defined exterior walls and permanent doorways of the Premises. Tenant further agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers, or similar devices or use in or about the premises an advertising medium which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, such as flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs, or radio broadcasts.
