Exhibition. The following applies to XXXX’x annual conference, CORROSION, only. Sponsors committing to Sponsorships less than or equal to $20,000 (referred to herein as an “Exhibitor”) are required to maintain an exhibit at the Event. Please note that all Exhibitors will have to complete the Exhibit Space Contract a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please note that all of the terms of the Exhibit Space Contract are incorporated into this Sponsorship Agreement by reference. If XXXX terminates this Sponsorship Agreement for any reason, the Exhibit Space Contract will automatically terminate. However, if Exhibitor chooses to terminate this Sponsorship Agreement in accordance with Section 18(b) of this Sponsorship Agreement, at XXXX’x sole discretion, the Exhibitor may be allowed to maintain an exhibit at the Event. XXXX will notify Exhibitor whether or not it can maintain an exhibit at the Event within five (5) days of receiving Exhibitor’s notice of termination.
Exhibition. Any Event of the nature of an exhibition, using exhibition space in the Centre and having an Event Type classification in Part A of “Exhibition”.
Exhibition. The (trade) exhibition, show, demonstration or event that is the subject of the participation agreement.
Exhibition. C3D hereby grants to Affiliate and Affiliate hereby accepts, subject to the terms and conditions herein, a non-exclusive license to exhibit the C-3D Service on a subscription basis to Affiliate's Subscribers over the facilities of the System. Affiliate may include additional cable television systems by written amendment to Schedule A hereto, provided that C3D consents in writing in advance of any such addition. Affiliate shall exhibit the C-3D Service continuously during the term of this Agreement.
Exhibition. Artist agrees to exhibit the named work(s) in Bry Art Gallery on the campus of the University of Louisiana Monroe. The work will be on display from date: to date: . Artist agrees not to remove any work from the exhibition prior to the closing date.
Exhibition. Client grants Photographer permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Photographer’s work and for entrance into photographic competitions and releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
Exhibition. 1. Originating goods, sent for exhibition in a country other than Chile or Thailand and sold during or after the exhibition for importation in Chile or Thailand shall be deemed as originating and eligible for preferential tariff treatment provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the customs authority of the importing Party that:
(a) an exporter has consigned the goods from Chile or Thailand to the country in which the exhibition is held and has exhibited there;
(b) the goods have been sold or transferred to a consignee or otherwise dispose of by that exporter to an importer in Chile or Thailand;
(c) the goods have been consigned during the exhibition or immediately thereafter in the Party in which they were sent for exhibition and have not been used for a purpose other than demonstration at the exhibition; and
(d) the goods have remained during the exhibition under customs control.
2. A Certificate of Origin must be issued or made out in accordance with this Chapter. The name and address of the place of the exhibition must be indicated in the Certificate of Origin. Where necessary, additional documentary evidence of the conditions, under which they have been exhibited, may be required from the relevant authorities of the country where the exhibition took place.
3. Paragraph 1 shall apply to any trade, agricultural or crafts exhibition, fair or similar show or display in shops or business premises with the view to the sale of foreign goods and where the goods remain under customs control during the exhibition.

Exhibition. The Gallery shall provide for exhibition of the Works listed on the Inventory. Additional Works may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the exhibition of other Works and such Works are listed on the Inventory. All Inventory sheets shall be signed by the Artist and Gallery and shall include a description of and agreed upon “Value” and “Retail Price” for each Work exhibited. Artists shall collect all of their unsold Work by the end of the exhibition period stated above. Failure to do so shall result in the imposition of storage and handling charges to the Artist, with all risk of loss to the Artist, and after fifteen
