Disposal of amounts recovered from Contractors. The Engineer-in-charge shall arrange payment to workers concerned within FORTY FIVE days from receipt of a report form the Inspection Officer except in cases where the contractor had made an appeal under Regulation 1.61 of these Regulations. IN case where there is an appeal, payment of worker's dues would be arranged by the Engineer-in-charge, wherever such payments rise, within THIRTY days from the date of receipt of the decision of the LABOUR COMMISSIONER.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Coverage F – Medical Payments To Others We will pay the necessary medical expenses that are incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing "bodily injury". This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household except "residence employees". As to others, this coverage applies only:
