Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks Clause Samples

The "Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks" clause requires contractors to conduct background or reference checks on their employees before assigning them to work on a project. Typically, this involves verifying employment history, checking criminal records, or confirming qualifications to ensure that personnel meet certain standards of trustworthiness and competence. The core function of this clause is to mitigate risks associated with unvetted personnel, thereby protecting the client’s interests and maintaining a secure and reliable working environment.
