Common use of Disposal of Assets Clause in Contracts

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and or 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections Section 6.3 and Section 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s its or its Subsidiaries assetstheir assets (any such conveyance, sale, lease, license, assignment, transfer or other disposition, a “Disposition”).

Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.115(b)(iii) or 5(b)(x), convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or (other than in connection with the exercise by the Company of its option to prepay the Subordinated Debt in part or in full in accordance with Section 2(g)(i) and the terms of the Subordination Agreement) enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrowerthe Company’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.116.9, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries Subsidiaries’ assets.

Other than (x) Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly Dispositions and (y) Restricted Payments permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11pursuant to Section 7.10, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and or 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or (other than in connection with the exercise by Borrower of its option to terminate this Agreement and terminate the Commitments by repaying to Agent all of the Obligations in full in accordance with Section 3.5) enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s 's or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.116.11 or set forth on Schedule 6.4, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly as permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11Section 7.3, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of, and shall cause each of (or enter into an agreement its Subsidiaries not to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) , any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries assets.
