Disposal of packaging. Customer shall dispose of all packaging and containers delivered with any Goods in accordance with Law.

Disposal of packaging. If there is an obligation by law which commits the seller to take back any packaging of the goods for recycling purposes, the seller will ensure recycling of the packaging shipped with the goods. Therefore the buyer ships the packaging of the goods to the sellers address DDP AUNDE <Postal Address AUNDE plant> (Incoterms 2020). If the buyer does not send back the packaging of the goods, the buyer undertakes all responsibilities required by law for the disposal of the packaging.
Disposal of packaging. The Supplier shall be responsible, at its expense, for the disposal off-site of the crating and packaging of the Equipment, as and when requested by the Purchaser. In the event that disposal off-site is not possible, disposal on-site shall be made through the approval of the Purchaser at the Supplier’s expense.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Disposal of Property a) Prior to disposal of any property purchased with funds from this Contract or any predecessor Contract, Subrecipient must obtain approval from CDA for reportable property. Disposition, which includes sale, trade-in, discarding, or transfer to another agency may not occur until approval is received from CDA. Subrecipient shall email to County the electronic version of the Request to Dispose of Property (CDA 248). CDA will then instruct County on disposition of the property, and County will notify Subrecipient. Once approval for disposal has been received from CDA, and the County has reported to CDA the Property Survey Report’s (STD 152) Certification of Disposition, the item(s) shall be removed from Subrecipient’s inventory report. b) Subrecipient must remove all confidential, sensitive, or personal information from CDA property prior to disposal, including removal or destruction of data on computing devices with digital memory and storage capacity. This includes, but is not limited to magnetic tapes, flash drives, personal computers, personal digital assistants, cell or smart phones, multi-function printers, and laptops.
