Common use of Disposal of Refuse Clause in Contracts

Disposal of Refuse. (a) not to deposit any refuse or rubbish of any kind on any part of the Demised Premises save in a container or containers of the kind and in the location specified by the Landlord and if the Local Authority shall not provide a service or a sufficient service for the collection thereof to prepare all refuse and rubbish for collection in the manner and at times and places specified by the Landlord for the collection of refuse and to arrange for collection thereof at the Tenant's expense (b) not to burn any refuse or rubbish of any kind in or about the Demised Premises

Disposal of Refuse. (a) not Not to deposit in or on the Retained Parts or Common Areas any trade empties, rubbish or refuse or rubbish of any kind on any part of kind, other than in proper receptacles, provided for the Demised Premises save in a container purpose or containers of the kind and in the location specified as may be designated by the Landlord and/or the Management Company and if the Local Authority shall not provide a service or a sufficient service for the collection thereof to prepare all refuse and rubbish for collection in the manner and at times and places specified by the Landlord for the collection of refuse and to arrange for collection thereof at the Tenant's expense (b) not to burn any rubbish or refuse or rubbish of any kind in or about on the Demised Premises.
