Disposition of Application/Lottery. The School must maintain a record of all the students who apply to the School, whether or not they are eventually enrolled. The information shall be made available to the Sponsor upon written request. However, such requests may not be made until after the October survey period. The School shall maintain documentation of each enrollment lottery conducted. Such documentation shall provide sufficient detail to allow the Sponsor to verify that the random selection process utilized by the School was conducted in accordance with section 1002.33(10)(b), Florida Statutes.
