Common use of Disposition of Documents Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Documents. All documents prepared by the Architect and all documents furnished to the Architect by the State shall be delivered to the State upon request by the State. The Architect, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the State under this contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the State.
