DISPOSITION OF DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. (1) Nonclassified drawings and specifications furnished with this solicitation/contract are not to be returned to the government. They may be retained by the offeror for future reference or disposed of in any manner at the discretion of the offeror. (2) Disposition of classified documents furnished with this solicitation/contract shall be in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 7, of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), January 1995, DoD 5220.22-M.
