Common use of Dispute Meeting Clause in Contracts

Dispute Meeting. (a) In the event of any dispute between the Parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement, representatives of the Parties shall, within 14 days of service of a written notice from either party to the other party (a Dispute Notice), hold a meeting (a Dispute Meeting) in an effort to resolve the dispute. (b) Each Party shall use all reasonable endeavours to send a representative who has authority to settle the dispute to attend the Dispute Meeting.
