Dispute Resolution by CAS. (a) Any dispute referred to CAS for arbitration under clause 17.1 (c) will, subject to the appeal rules of CAS, be final and binding on the parties and it is agreed that neither party will institute or maintain proceedings in any other court or tribunal.
