Common use of Disputed Bills Clause in Contracts

Disputed Bills. Provided the Customer makes a request for a refund within six (6) months of the date of alleged over-billing, a refund of charges for over-billing by ECFiber will be made for the full amount of excess charges when such amount can be determined; when the period during which over-billing occurred cannot be fixed or the exact amount of over-billing cannot be determined from the available records, the maximum refund will not exceed the estimated amount equal to such over-billing for a three (3) month period.
