Common use of Disputed Invoices Clause in Contracts

Disputed Invoices. If the Client wishes to dispute an Invoice it must: (a) pay Oppizi all parts of the Invoice which are not the subject of a bona fide dispute; and (b) give Oppizi notice of the dispute and the reasons why the Client disputes the relevant Invoice, before the due date for payment of the Invoice, after which time if the Client does not dispute the Invoice in the manner specified in this clause 7.4 the Client may not thereafter Dispute that Invoice and must pay that invoice immediately upon demand.
