Common use of Disputes as to Testing Clause in Contracts

Disputes as to Testing. In the event of a dispute between Participant and the Authority as to the accuracy of the testing equipment used to conduct an accuracy test of the Participant Meters or the Authority Meters, an independent check may be mutually agreed upon between Participant and the GRP Administrator, to be conducted by an independent measuring equipment company suitable to both Participant and the GRP Administrator. The cost of such test shall be at requesting Party's sole expense. The GRP Administrator may accept the test results of the independent measuring equipment company, but is not required to do so unless the refusal to accept such results would be unreasonable.
