Disputes Auditors. At the request of either Party, any dispute between the Parties relating to objections made to the Reviewed Closing Statement which cannot be resolved by them within fifteen (15) days after Sellers’ or the Purchaser’s, as the case may be, receipt of an Objection Notice shall be referred to the Disputes Auditor for decision in accordance with this Section 3.3.5 and Section 3.3.6.
