The Disputes Board Member represents that it is acting in the capacity of an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of TxDOT or Maintenance Contractor. The Disputes Board Member hereby acknowledges that it is not entitled to any employee benefits from either Party nor the benefits of any Laws afforded employees of either Party.
