Maintenance Manager. 5 The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising all Maintenance Work and for working 6 with the Project Manager to integrate maintenance planning and considerations into design and 7 construction decisions. This individual must be an employee of (i) Developer, (ii) an Equity 8 Member that will hold at least a 1/3 beneficial interest in Developer, or (iii) the Lead 9 Maintenance Firm, and must be present during the Maintenance Period. This individual must 10 serve as the point of contact during the Maintenance Period. The individual’s relevant 11 experience includes the following:
12 A. 15 years maintaining complex highway infrastructure projects.
13 B. 10 years coordinating maintenance programs on major urban freeway project.
14 C. 5 years of management of reconstruction associated with major urban freeways.
Maintenance Manager. 40 The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising all Maintenance Work and for working 41 with the Project Manager to integrate maintenance planning and considerations into design and 42 construction decisions. This individual must be an employee of (i) Developer, (ii) an Equity 43 Member that will hold at least a 1/3 beneficial interest in Developer, or (iii) the Lead 44 Maintenance Firm, and must be present during the Maintenance Period. This individual must 1 serve as the point of contact during the Maintenance Period. The individual’s relevant
Maintenance Manager. The Board of Education shall determine in which department(s) the lay off should occur and the number of employees to be laid off.
Maintenance Manager. Authority representative responsible for the day to day coordination of Company's contract to include, but not be limited to, monitoring, interpreting and overseeing the Services with regard to the quality performed, the manner of performance, and Authority and Customer satisfaction with performance levels.
Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor shall be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the Facility. Specific duties shall include:
1. Scheduling maintenance personnel.
2. Planning and directing maintenance activities.
3. Training and developing maintenance personnel.
4. Executing maintenance instructions as defined by Plant Manager.
5. Providing immediate maintenance support for operational problems.
6. Identifying plant improvement projects.
7. Developing and administering a maintenance management system.
8. Developing and administering plant safety programs.
9. Developing and administrating plant QA programs.
10. Performing other activities required for Facility maintenance.
Maintenance Manager. DB Contractor shall assign a Maintenance Manager as the sole point of contact with TxDOT throughout the Maintenance Period who shall be responsible for:
(a) implementing the maintenance obligations in this Exhibit 2 and the MMP; (b) causing the Maintenance Services to be performed in accordance with the CMA Documents; (c) causing all maintenance personnel and resources performing Maintenance Services to be available and properly trained; and (d) the health and safety of personnel delivering the Maintenance Services and the general public affected by the Project. The Maintenance Manager shall meet or exceed the qualifications and experience established in the Proposal Commitments (Exhibit 3 to the CMA). The Maintenance Manager shall attend all General Inspections, monthly meetings and Audit Inspections and shall be available whenever any Capital Asset Replacement Work is undertaken.
Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager shall be an experienced ASE- certified (or approved equivalent experience) master technician who whose duties are exclusively dedicated to the management and maintenance of the Shuttle Buses and the control and maintenance of the Bus Maintenance Facility. A further job description is contained in Exhibit J which may also address the duties or qualifications of Maintenance Supervisors.
Maintenance Manager. Select and appoint a Maintenance Manager (Manager) for the System who shall be in complete charge and whose responsibility for the Maintenance Contractor shall be the oversight of System maintenance. Such person shall be a qualified and experienced manager with parking maintenance management experience. He/She shall be vested with full power and authority with respect to the conduct of Maintenance Contractor’s maintenances. The Manager shall be assigned to the System and available during normal business hours. After normal business hours, the Manager shall be accessible to System personnel and to the Owner by means of telephone, cellular phone, or some other electronic method which shall make the Manager accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event that the Manager is not available or accessible, the Maintenance Contractor shall provide the Owner and employees on duty in the parking facilities with an alternate mode of contact for another member of the Maintenance Contractor’s management staff who is familiar with the System and Owner’s parking maintenance, available 24 hours a day and authorized to make maintenance and personnel decisions in the absence of the Manager. The Manager shall respond to the System in case of any maintenance emergency, or if requested by on-site employees, or as directed by the Owner.
