DISPUTES IN REGARD TO ORGANISATIONAL RIGHTS. (1) If any dispute arises out of the interpretation or the application of clauses 35, 36 or 37 above, then such dispute must be dealt with in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures contained in this part of the Agreement. (2) An arbitration award regulating any of the matters referred to in these clauses remains in force until the expiration of this part of the Agreement.
