Disputes between a Contracting Party and an Investor of the other Contracting Party
Disputes concerning labor standards Disputes arising out of the labor standards provisions of this contract shall not be subject to the general disputes clause of this contract. Disputes – Contract A. The parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve potential disputes informally. If the dispute concerning a question of fact arising under the terms of this Contract is not disposed of in a reasonable period of time by the Contractor’s Project Manager and the County‘s Project Manager, such matter shall be brought to the attention of the County Deputy Purchasing Agent by way of the following process:
Settlement of Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, if possible, be settled through consultation or diplomatic channels.
