Disputes Involving the Owner or the Architect. Any disputes in which the Owner or the Architect is a party shall be governed by the dispute resolution procedures in the Subcontract Documents other than this Subcontract. If those Subcontract Documents contain no dispute resolution procedures, such disputes shall be resolved as provided in Section 11.3 below.
