Disqualification for Other Severance. The Termination Compensation described in this Section 5(c) is intended to supersede any other similar compensation provided by any Company policy, plan or practice. Therefore, Executive shall be disqualified from receiving any similar compensation under any other Company severance policy, plan or practice, if any. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall continue to be eligible for any benefits pursuant to the terms of any health or retirement plan sponsored by the Company, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
