Dissent Right Availability. A Holder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Company Shares if such Holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, or her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the Arrangement Resolution.
Dissent Right Availability. A holder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Royal Shares if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, or her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the Arrangement Resolution.
Dissent Right Availability. A registered holder shall not be entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to SVS if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, or her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the Arrangement Resolution.
Dissent Right Availability. A Shareholder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Adenyo Shares: (a) if such Shareholder or its proxy votes in favour of the Arrangement Resolution; or (b) unless such Shareholder is the holder of record of such Adenyo Shares.
Dissent Right Availability. No holder of BHC Common Shares or B+L Common Shares, as the case may be, will be entitled to exercise BHC Dissent Rights or B+L Dissent Rights, as the case may be, with respect to such BHC Common Shares or B+L Common Shares if such shareholder votes (or instructs or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete or incorrectly completed proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the BHC Arrangement Resolution or the B+L Arrangement Resolutions, as the case may be.
Dissent Right Availability. A Shareholder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Common Shares if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder, to vote) or in the case of a beneficial holder caused, or is deemed to have caused, the registered shareholder to vote, in favour of the Arrangement at the Meeting.
Dissent Right Availability. A registered holder of Common Shares will not be entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Common Shares if such registered holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the Arrangement Resolution.
Dissent Right Availability. A registered holder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Pathfinder Shares or Bayswater Shares if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the resolution approving the Arrangement.
Dissent Right Availability. A registered holder is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to Northern Shares if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the resolution approving the Arrangement.
Dissent Right Availability. A registered holder of JKR Shares is not entitled to exercise Dissent Rights with respect to JKR Shares if such holder votes (or instructs, or is deemed, by submission of any incomplete proxy, to have instructed his, her or its proxyholder to vote) in favour of the resolution approving the Arrangement.
