Target Options definition

Target Options means all options to purchase Target Shares issued pursuant to the Target Option Plan.

Target Options means the outstanding options to purchase Target Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Target Stock Option Plan, as set forth in the Target Disclosure Letter;

Target Options means any options to purchase Common Stock issued by Target.

• The Return Target Options are not intended to be “incentive stock options” within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Target Options has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

Target Options means the 9,570,813 options to purchase Target Shares issued or granted pursuant to the Target Share Incentive Plan;
