Target Options definition

Target Options means options to purchase Target Shares granted pursuant to the Buyback Options, the Target 2013 Plan or the Target 2015 Plan;

Target Options means all options to purchase Target Shares issued pursuant to the Target Option Plan.

Target Options means all of the issued and outstanding options to purchase shares of Target Common Stock.

• The Return Target Options are not intended to be “incentive stock options” within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Target Options has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

Target Options means the 9,570,813 options to purchase Target Shares issued or granted pursuant to the Target Share Incentive Plan;

Target Options shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.7 of this Agreement.
