Dissolution of Enrollment Committees. 3.9.1 The responsibilities of each Yukon First Nation's Enrollment Committee shall cease, except with respect to matters pending before it, two years after the day on which the Yukon First Nation's Final Agreement comes into effect. Upon dissolution, each Enrollment Committee shall deliver all its documents and records to the affected Yukon First Nation.
