Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the unit member retains ownership of and the right to copyright course materials of Distance Education courses he/she develops, except for ownership of the courseware shell. All such these materials, except the courseware shell shell, are not ―work “work for hire‖ ashire” as that term is defined in the Federal copyright laws. Any use of these materials without the consent and/or written authorization of the originating unit member is prohibited. (See Articles 27B.1 and 27B.2.)
