Distinctive Products. 1. For purposes of labeling, the Government of Taiwan recognizes coffee as a distinctive product of Guatemala, especially the coffee from the regions of Antigua, Huehuetenango, Cobán, San Marcos, Oriente, Atitlán and Fraijanes. Therefore, the Government of Taiwan shall not permit the commercialization and sale of any product as Guatemalan Coffee, particularly from Antigua, Huehuetenango, Cobán, San Marcos, Oriente, Atitlán and Fraijanes, unless these products have been manufactured with originating coffee from Guatemala or the regions mentioned above, if applied. 2. The Parties may recognize other regions, as well as other distinctive products after the entry into force of this Agreement. For these purposes the Parties shall conduct consultations in the Committee on Trade in Goods.
