Motor Vehicles (i) Upon the Collateral Agent’s written request, each Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent originals of the certificates of title or ownership for each motor vehicle with a value in excess of $10,000 owned by it, with the Collateral Agent listed as lienholder, for the benefit of the Noteholders.

Xxxxxxxxxxx Empire Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, pursuant to authority granted under New York State Finance Law §163, and SVAM INTERNATIONAL, INC. (hereinafter “Contractor”), with its principal place of business at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000. The foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD LICENSING All that deal in motor vehicles shall maintain current licenses that are required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code. If at any time during this Agreement term, any required Contractor license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, Contractor shall be in default of this Agreement, unless the Texas Motor Vehicle Board issues a stay or waiver. Contractor shall promptly provide copies of all current applicable Texas Motor Vehicle Board documentation to H-GAC upon request.
ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

Competent Management of Time The Contractor has represented to the Owner, in order to be awarded this contract, that the Contractor is experienced in managing construction in accordance with contract requirements and in a timely manner and that the Contractor has included in his proposal sufficient sums to carefully and competently manage this project for completion within the stipulated Contract Time.
Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,150,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. Transfer of Mortgage Securities Xxxxxx Mae, acting in its corporate capacity, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey to Xxxxxx Xxx, acting in its capacity as Trustee for the Lower Tier REMIC established hereby, all of Xxxxxx Mae’s right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Securities identified in Exhibit A hereto, including all payments of principal and interest thereon received after the month of the Issue Date.
Application to the Office of Rail and Road XXX shall have the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce directly such rights as have been granted to it under this contract.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
