Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.
Reference in the Residual Certificates to Supplemental Agreements A Residual Certificate authenticated and made available after the execution of any Supplemental Agreement pursuant to Article IX of this Trust Agreement may, and if required by Xxxxxx Xxx shall, bear a notation as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Agreement. If Xxxxxx Mae shall so determine, new Residual Certificates so modified as to conform, in the opinion of Xxxxxx Xxx, to any such Supplemental Agreement may be prepared and executed by Xxxxxx Mae and authenticated and made available by the Certificate Registrar in exchange for the outstanding Residual Certificates.
Distribution of the Agreement 1. The Board will continue as in the past to print the Agreement for distribution to the members of the bargaining unit.
Operating Agreement You haves received and read a copy of the Company’s Operating Agreement (the “Operating Agreement”) and agree that your execution of this Agreement constitutes your consent to and execution of the Operating Agreement, and, that upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Company, you will become a member of the Company as a holder of Shares. When this Agreement is countersigned by the Company, the Operating Agreement shall be binding upon you as of the closing date.
Reaching Agreement When agreement is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed Agreement shall be reduced in writing as a memorandum of understanding and signed by a representative of each negotiating team. Agreement on individual items during the negotiations is binding only when all items are agreed upon. Procedures for ratification of the Agreement by the Association and the Board shall be completed within ten (10) school days after the conclusion of negotiations.
AMENDING OPERATING AGREEMENT This Agreement may only be amended by an affirmative vote or consent of all Members.
Distribution The Servicer will prepare the form in duplicate and send the original together with evidence of conveyance of title and appropriate supporting documentation to the Master Servicer with the Monthly Accounting Reports which supports the Mortgage Loan’s removal from the Mortgage Loan Activity Report. The Servicer will retain the duplicate for its own records. Due Date With respect to any liquidated Mortgage Loan, the form will be submitted to the Master Servicer no later than the date on which statements are due to the Master Servicer under Section 4.02 of this Agreement (the “Statement Date”) in the month following receipt of final liquidation proceeds and supporting documentation relating to such liquidated Mortgage Loan; provided, that if such Statement Date is not at least 30 days after receipt of final liquidation proceeds and supporting documentation relating to such liquidated Mortgage Loan, then the form will be submitted on the first Statement Date occurring after the 30th day following receipt of final liquidation proceeds and supporting documentation. Transfer Agreement Exhibit B, Transfer Agreement, between the Bureau, CONTRACTOR, and the Florida Department of Corrections (the FDC) which establishes guidelines for transfer of inmates between the Bay Correctional Facility and facilities operated by the FDC.
Controlling Agreement To the extent the terms of this Agreement (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time) directly conflicts with a provision in the Merger Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Revenue Sharing Agreement This Note is subject to the Company’s Revenue Sharing Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B as if all the terms of the Revenue Sharing Agreement were set forth in this Note.
