Distribution/Access. The Employer agrees that work rules shall be reduced to writing and distributed to employees. Any changes to the work rules and/or policies as may occur during the life of this Agreement shall be distributed to the Union and posted on bulletin boards prior to their effective date. All written policies shall be placed in a policy manual, and made available to all bargaining unit employees.
