Distribution Agreement Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise noted herein, all terms not herein defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Distribution Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this Rental Services Addendum (“Addendum”), the terms and conditions of the Distribution Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
