Common use of Distribution Date Statement Clause in Contracts

Distribution Date Statement. With each distribution to an Owner pursuant to Section 7.06, the Owner Trustee shall deliver a Distribution Date Statement setting forth, for the period since the preceding Distribution Date: (a) Income and proceeds received by the Owner Trustee with respect to the Trust Property; (b) Amounts paid to the Owner Trustee; (c) Amounts paid to any Person pursuant to a Trust Related Agreement; and (d) Amounts paid for other expenses of the Trust.
