Common use of Distribution of Contract Documents and Review of Bids Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Contract Documents and Review of Bids. Architect shall assist DISTRICT in distributing the Construction Documents to bidders including to plan rooms and electronically, and conducting the opening and review of bids for the Project. DISTRICT will reimburse the Architect for the cost of reproducing bid sets, addenda and related delivery charges.
