Distribution of Decryption and Decoding Functions Sample Clauses
The "Distribution of Decryption and Decoding Functions" clause defines how the rights and responsibilities for providing, accessing, or using decryption and decoding tools or processes are allocated between parties. In practice, this clause may specify which party is authorized to distribute software or hardware that enables decryption, or set limitations on the use and sharing of decoding keys or methods. Its core function is to ensure that sensitive decryption and decoding capabilities are controlled and distributed only as permitted, thereby protecting intellectual property, maintaining security, and preventing unauthorized access or misuse.
