Common use of Distribution of Funds and Documents Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Funds and Documents. At the Closing, Escrow Agent shall do each of the following: (a) Payment of Encumbrances. Pay the amount required to release any Deeds of Trust described in Section 3.9 in accordance with the demands approved by Seller, utilizing funds to which Seller shall be entitled upon Close of Escrow.
