Non-Recorded Documents. Deliver by overnight courier (or as otherwise requested by the intended recipient): (i) the Title Policy to Buyer; (ii) each other non-recorded document received hereunder to the payee or person acquiring rights thereunder or for whose benefit said document was acquired; and (iii) a copy of each recorded document, conformed to show the recording data thereon, to each party.
Non-Recorded Documents. Promptly after the Closing Date, deliver by overnight courier (or as otherwise requested by the intended recipient): (i) the Title Policy to Buyer; (ii) each other non-recorded document received hereunder to the payee or person acquiring rights thereunder or for whose benefit said document was acquired; (iii) a copy of each recorded document, conformed to show the recording data thereon, to each party; and (iv) a fully executed original of each other closing document.

Escrow Agent shall, at the Closing, deliver by United States mail (or shall hold for personal pickup, if requested), each non-recorded document received by Escrow Agent to the payee or person (i) acquiring rights under the document or (ii) for whose benefit the documents were acquired.

(1) the Title Policy to Buyer; and (2) each other non-recorded document received hereunder to the payee or person acquiring rights thereunder or for whose benefit said document was acquired.

(d) any other non-recorded document received under this Agreement to the payee or person acquiring rights under this Agreement or for whose benefit the document was acquired.

Deliver by Federal Express or other overnight courier (or hold for personal pick-up, if requested): (1) the Title Policy for each Exchange Property to the appropriate party; and (2) each other non-recorded document received hereunder to the payee or person acquiring rights thereunder or for whose benefit said document was acquired.

Deliver by United States mail (or hold for personal pickup, if requested): (i) to BUYER, the Owner's Title Policy and the Non-Foreign Affidavit referred to below, provided however, Escrow Agent shall have ten (10) days following the Close of Escrow to deliver the Owner's Title Policy, and Escrow Agent's disbursement of the Purchase Price to SELLER shall constitute Escrow Agent's agreement and warranty that such Owner's Title Policy shall conform to the requirements of the approved title described in section 6 below; and (ii) each other non-recorded document received to the payee or person acquiring rights under any such document or for whose benefit such document was acquired.

Deliver by United States mail (or hold for personal pickup, if requested): (i) to BUYER, the Assignment, the Owner's Title Policy and the Non-Foreign Affidavit referred to below, provided however, Escrow Agent shall have ten (10) days following the Close of Escrow to deliver the Owner's Title Policy, and Escrow Agent's disbursement of the Purchase Price to SELLER shall constitute Escrow Agent's agreement and warranty that such Owner's Title Policy shall conform to the requirements of the approved title described in section 9 below; (ii) to SELLER, the Assignment, and (iii) each other non-recorded document received to the payee or person acquiring rights under any such document or for whose benefit such document was acquired.
