Distribution of Master/Reopener Contract. The Employer shall provide to each employee a copy of the current Master Contract within 45 calendar days of the signing of the ratified agreement with one-half of that cost paid by the Union. In addition, the Employer shall provide to each employee a copy of all reopener contracts within 45 days of the signing of the ratified agreement at no additional cost to the Union.
