Distribution of Materials to Purchasers. The Credit Parties acknowledge and agree that the Note Documents and all reports, notices, communications and other information or materials provided or delivered by, or on behalf of, the Credit Parties hereunder (collectively, the “the Issuer Materials”) may be disseminated by, or on behalf of, Agent and the Purchasers by posting such the Issuer Materials on an E-System. The Credit Parties authorize Agent and the Purchasers to download copies of their logos from its website and post copies thereof on an E-System.
