Common use of Distribution of Medication and Medical Procedures Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Medication and Medical Procedures. Any bargaining unit member required to distribute medication or perform a medical procedure including, but not limited to, tube feedings, shall be held harmless for any liability as a result of performing their job duties in good faith and provided legal representation for any action relating to the above mentioned practices. Additional training that is required by the Board shall also be provided at no cost to the bargaining unit member.
