Distribution of Monies. (A) It is understood, and agreed, that the Union and its Members shall have the option of distributing any “To- tal Wage Package” as between wages, fringe benefits, vacation, training, etc. However, in no event shall the Health and Welfare contributions be more, or less, than the amount specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreements which contribute to the Oregon-Washing- ton Carpenters-Employers Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
