Common use of Distribution of Notices Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Notices. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, promptly after receipt by the Agent of any notice or other document which is delivered to the Agent hereunder on behalf of the Lenders, the Agent shall provide a copy of such notice or other document to each of the Lenders; provided, however, that a copy of any such notice delivered at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default shall be delivered by the Agent to each of the Lenders.
